Yes, we supply all the cleaning products you will need.

We believe wholeheartedly in our team and guarantee that every clean is what we would expect in our own offices. So if you’re ever unhappy with a clean just give us a call and we’ll come back to re-clean, no questions asked.

Yes, we first need to bring your office space up to our standard, the first clean will usually take longer and therefore may incur an extra one off cost. This is likely to be only a couple of hours to bring you space back to its former glory!

How long is a piece of string? It’s likely that we’ll take a quick trip to your premises to assess how many hours of cleaning you will need.

We take extreme pride in ourselves when it comes to health and safety legislation and our efforts to make sure we follow all the guidelines and recommendations. We have full accident and investigation procedures. Risk assessments, COSHH assessments and method statements are produced for every job we complete and all equipment and machinery is PAT tested.

A £50 cancellation charge will apply if notice is not received within 48 hours from when the clean is due to take place. If we arrive at the clean and there is no key arranged for us or we cannot gain access for whatever reason, a 50% of the estimate is billable as a lockout fee. If we are dismissed during a job, 75% of the estimate will be billable. Our staff rely on the work we provide to them and we must always respect their time.

Payment for work is billed monthly – We will bill you around the 25th of every month for the following month.
For clients who pay annually upfront as one payment we offer a 10% discount.

You can still book us for your cleaning, just know that you will be charged the minimum amount of hours.

Each of our clients are given their own dedicated client manager who will be their first point of contact should they require assistance. You can also contact the office phone or email found on our website.

As much as possible. We like to keep the same cleaners in place as they will be the most effective cleaners for your office.

Yes. Managers will perform a monthly walk through and inspection. We also recieve feedback from our clients on areas that need to be improved.

You are issued with a cleaning contract but unlike our competition you are not tied in to any fixed terms. Most of our clients stay with us because they want to, not because they have to.

Yes. We can source cleaning consumables for you office at an extra cost.

Yes we are fully insured for claims up to 10 million for public and employers liability.

If your regular cleaner is sick or on holiday we will arrange suitable cover for the shifts.

Yes of course. We have client testimonials and reviews on our website. We can also provide written testimonials on request.

We are a member of the British Institution of Cleaning Science and we're also cyber secrure with Cyber Essentials.

We work 7 days a week but our office is closed on Sunday. Our office opening hours are: Mon-Fri: 9am-5pm Saturday: 9am-12pm. Closed on Sunday.
