No need to worry! We supply all the cleaning products you will need.
We believe wholeheartedly in our team and guarantee that every clean is what we would expect in our own offices. So if you’re ever unhappy with a clean just give us a call and we’ll come back to re-clean, no questions asked.
We take extreme pride in ourselves when it comes to health and safety legislation and our efforts to make sure we follow all the guidelines and recommendations. We have full accident and investigation procedures. Risk assessments, COSHH assessments and method statements are produced for every job we complete and all equipment and machinery is PAT tested.
A £50 cancellation charge will apply if notice is not received within 48 hours from when the clean is due to take place. If we arrive at the clean and there is no key arranged for us or we cannot gain access for whatever reason, a 50% of the estimate is billable as a lockout fee. If we are dismissed during a job, 75% of the estimate will be billable. Our staff rely on the work we provide to them and we must always respect their time.
Payment for work is billed monthly – We will bill you around the 25th of every month for the following month.
For clients who pay annually upfront as one payment we offer a 10% discount.
You can still book us for your cleaning, just know that you will be charged the minimum amount of hours.

You are issued with a cleaning contract but unlike our competition you are not tied in to any fixed terms. Most of our clients stay with us because they want to, not because they have to.
Yes we are fully insured for claims up to 10 million for public and employers liability.
Yes. We can source cleaning consumables for you office at an extra cost.
We work 7 days a week but our office is closed on Sunday. Our office opening hours are: Mon-Fri: 9am-5pm Saturday: 9am-12pm. Closed on Sunday.
Office Cleaning
Yes, we first need to bring your office space up to our standard, the first clean will usually take longer and therefore may incur an extra one off cost. This is likely to be only a couple of hours to bring you space back to its former glory!
How long is a piece of string? It’s likely that we’ll take a quick trip to your premises to assess how many hours of cleaning you will need.
Yes. Managers will perform a monthly walk through and inspection. We also receive feedback from our clients on areas that need to be improved.
If your regular cleaner is sick or on holiday we will arrange suitable cover for the shifts.

Window Cleaning
Yes. For low level windows we can clean traditionally.
Yes. As a standard we can all our windows unless traditional window cleaning is requested.

All our staff are DBS checked for schools
All our operatives wear a uniform.
Staff are trained by senior operatives on cleaning methods, procedures, and techniques. Staff are COSHH trained before commencement of works and kept UpToDate on latest legislation.
Yes of course, we work with a select few suppliers to offer the best consumables at the best possible price.
Builders Cleans
A Builders clean takes place to get rid of builder’s debris, tape of windows etc, usually taken place towards the completion of a project. A sparkle clean is the final clean to make sure everything is polished up and looking great.
Yes, we offer start to finish cleaning of your site including the cleaning of all on-site welfare facilities.
We undertake all cleaning of sites including but not limited to the cleaning of show homes.
Anyone cleaning on-site will have a CSCS card
Sanitary Bin Services
We offer a collection service from every week to once a month, whatever interval suits your business needs.
Our price includes the supply of all the bins you need, a waste transfer note and collection and disposal of waste.
Yes, free of charge.
We ain to have your bins delivered within 10 working days.
